Next week will be a very interesting one in the Legislature.

The announcements for projects are in full swing but there’s still no election call?

There just has to an election because one year from now? Close to 90% of New Brunswickers will forget all these goodies.

Ever since Bernard Lord got first elected, he always blamed the bad policies of Frank McKenna.



Frank was a bad person I guess?



These days, it’s a total different approach.

Bernard Lord has been telling Shawn Graham that he wants an election because the knives are behind his back.

The Liberals wants a new leader!!!

The names of Mike Murphy and Kelly Lamrock are always mentioned.




But guess what???

Never once have I heard of any infighting.

Lets says that Shawn Graham would have lost the by-election in Saint John Harbour?

There would have been a call to get rid of Shawn Graham but this is not the case.



Bernard Lord got slaughtered and the message was clear.

The Liberals are so close to being in power that they can smell and taste it.

They wouldn’t be stupid enough to begin infighting within the Party ranks.

That would be ridiculous and very foolish!!!

I might add that I would be the first one to confront any candidate.

Shawn deserves a second chance as leader because he came just 18 votes short of becoming Premier of New Brunswick.



New Brunswickers are not stupid. They saw something wrong with Bernard Lord and didn’t give me a free ride.

The party of 200 days of change was over!!!

The issue of VLT’S came and Bernard Lord did call a referendum on the issue.



After the coin operators spent millions in advertissmsnts and the Ministers of the Cabinet told the media that if the machines goes? Get ready for very deep cuts in social services and health Care.

After all this blackmail? It was almost 50-50!!!

You would have believe that Bernard Lord would have some sympathy towards the 49% of the people who voted to remove these machines?

You know like shutting down the machines for one day? < Sunday >

The issue of drugging our kids is another issue.



The bottom line is that Bernard Lord is not interested in listening to New Brunswickers.



Some days? I truly believe that he thinks he's a King???....lol



Bernard Lord offered Bernard Richard a 10 year job as Ombudsman.




He called an election 6 months after and lost big time! Even after they spent a lot of money in the riding of Shediac-Cape-Pele.

Then came Saint John Harbour and look what happened there?




I also heard that the P.C.’s did their own private poll and found out that they’re going to lose the next Provincial election in a big way!



The only important issue these days is to stay long enough in office to be able to collect a pension.

New Brunswickers are demanding changes but Bernard Lord is not listening.



Thank God? This is not the month of June or July because the Chambers would be very hot.

Everyone would vote on any issue just to get the heck out of the Legislature.

Maybe if the Liberals can stall the Government in their tracks?

Bernard will lose his temper and call a quick election?

Am I going to make a prediction of what’s going to happen next week at the Legislature?

Of course not!!!



My track record is not a good one in making predictions.

I might add that I’m not the only one.

But one thing is certain??? It would be an very interesting week at the New Brunswick Legislature.
