I visited this blog for comments. With your current attitude those comments are few and far between. It looks many good ones have stopped visiting your blog because you refused to listen to good suggestions. Too bad.

Thanks for this Charles, I am new to your blog. It was your coverage of Atlantica that keeps me coming back. I enjoy all of your stuff.

I'm like 12:06 PM, I visit your blog for the comment section as well. It's true, lately you seem to be not publishing comments that you receive. I know for a fact some of my comments in the last few weeks have not been printed.
You're starting to remind me more and more of the Irvings. That's how they operate.

That's life folks. Yes, it is like Irvings, it's also like half of the blogs out there, as well as every single newspaper, radio station and television station.

People weren't leaving 'comments' they were droning on endlessly about Charles and what he should do and how he should run the blog. Try to find a letter to the editor in Irvings papers about media monopoly.

Try leaving some comments that are actually comments and you'll have no trouble, keep trying to take over the blog with your endless rantings and you'll find you're unsuccessful-and from our point of view that's a good thing.

I hope you're going to be there with your camera Charles! I hate posters that talk about a 'hidden agenda', there is nothing hidden about their agenda. The maritimes is the most profit driven, corporate friendly place in the world and look at the result-especially New Brunswick. Now these massively rich corporations want our tax dollars-of which they provide only 3% of the budget-to go toward 'infrastructure' like ports, railways (that they abandoned decades ago) and roads.

They claim far too much of our money has gone to unimportant things like health and education.

As a citizen I am going to go and listen; I fear there is a hidden agenda to control the average people. Things are getting worse and all we hear is about the big business have all their rights protected and just push the rest of us asside. Any coverage is great and thank you Charles. Please open up our minds to the fact that Charles is doing a good thing of informing people and allowing us a voice.

Have you people forgotten that the Maritimes was once a global power in world trade? Did you not take the same history classes that I did in school?

The fact of the matter is that our industry has long ago been moved to Central Canada along with all the government jobs, banks etc.

Atlantica is a concept to develop trade along a North South axis as opposed to an East West axis.

Perhaps if we can make it easier to tear down the border we will actually be better off.

Maybe! Just maybe, we will be able to attract a little competition for the big "I" and open up opportunities for local small business.

This is still our country and if we don't like what the POLLIES are doing we can boot them out of office. Every law that is passed can be repealed in spite of what some people think. Majority still rule!
