Federal Liberals had sponsorship scandal. Bernard Lord does not want to be left behind so he has started speakership scandal. By the time speakership scandal is over it will cost taxpayers few millions in lost time and damages because of other repercussions. Bernard Lord wants to compete to be number one on scandals. Add Orimulsion to the mix and he is number one.
