Charles, I'm a first time visitor to your blog, but I just wanted to take the time to tell you how much I appreciate your webpage.
It's too bad more of our journalists weren't also activists. I find too many journalists are just spending too much time trying to be fair and balanced. Why not tell it like it is? A little paranoia, irrational tin-foil hat conspiracy theories, and a boogie man in the woods named Irving can go a long way towards advancing the debate and educating the public.
I hope you don't mind one small criticism. There aren't enough pictures on your homepage!!! Over 90% of the province's homes are able to receive high-speed now, and I fully expect a blog to take 40 or 50 seconds to load on high speed. It's worth waiting for when the photos are such brilliant quality and such engaging quality as those you take. Even if you have to repeat a few photos in nearly every blog 'story'. That's a-ok! The more the merrier!
I have to disagree. The site is mainly for the poor. Just because 90% CAN get high speed, doesn't mean they do. Charles lost many viewers when he posted any pictures at all. Fortunately he now knows how to make the photos of reasonable file size.
My recommendation would be to have smaller, less quality pictures which people can click on and go to the larger pictures at flickr. That way everybody is happy.

You want more photos? Be real now. It is already a mess. Doggie photos, microphone photos on and on and on.
