this has gotten way out of proportion. I really don't understand what the union has to do with you being banned from the legislature. The only thing that Tom Mann did was write a letter to the editor- something people do everyday. In a free and democratic society we should be able to express our opinions without fear of harassment or name calling. It doesn't sound like there is any conspiracy against you or any hidden agenda. Perhaps if you communicated your concerns in a respectable manner (ie: not showing up at an organization with a bull horn) than people would be more likely to talk to you. It's stressing me out just reading about your crazy antics, I live in Oromocto!
I will not disclose the issue because it would bring back some terrible memories for a few people but I am not amuse.

People are getting very, very tired of you, Charles. Why not try to get a job - you will probably have to change your name, but do try and see what a differnce a job makes.
I don't know of anybody getting tired of Charles. If you are tired of him, what are you doing here? You are aware that this is Charles' blog aren't you genius? It's like television, if you don't like a channel, then switch it. It's a pretty stupid person that goes online and tries to tell people to stop making a program because they are tired of it-and yet keep watching it.
Charles' already has a job and does it damn well. He does it better than Irvings, even though they spend millions to put out a newspaper that is even worse that worthless, its pure propaganda.
Charles' cost the taxpayers only pennies for what is a great site. Unlike Irvings, Bennetts, Molsons, Tembec, he doesn't cost taxpayers millions, and unlike them he doesn't wreck the environment to bring a quality product-he doesn't even use paper!
It's fine for people to sit back and judge-it's what most people are good at because it doesn't require any effort. It's easy to offer advice on how to live, especially when the government doesn't bother you.
If I was banned from the legislature and some union leader wrote an article supporting that, then I'd want to talk to them as well. As head of a union he holds a lot of sway and his opinion counts for a lot. That he refuses to even email Charles says it all. Of course most gutless canadians would try to contact him and then say 'oh well'. I think that's why they lash out at Charles, because he's got something most New Brunswickers don't-some guts.
Charles has often shown poor families in need of help on here, something no other media in the province does, so I think he could easily be called both a robin hood and a lone ranger. It's too bad so many New Brunswickers are so gutless because he really shouldn't have to be 'lone'.
So keep it up Charles, you're doing a great job, and it's the best deal New Brunswickers get for what they spend. Technically, of course, New Brunswick gets a lot of its money from the federal government, so if you think about it, New Brunswickers don't pay a penny. If you want to compare that with your tax dollars and your 'representation', by all means go to the legislature website and www.gnb.ca and check out the legislation your tax dollars go to.
The most recent example: it turns out that the millions of dollars spent by the Committee for Legislative Democracy was a complete waste since Bernard Lord has decided that he's going to make up his own version of proportional representation. Gee, and people tell Charles to get a job? I'd say people should be emailing the Premier and telling him to get a different job-one that doesn't cost the taxpayers so much.
6:36 pm. If you are getting all stressed out, go on stress leave and get paid for it. Don't take drugs just blame it on Charles others have and it works. Everyone likes to have the summer off. LOL.
