I'll bet the poor don't have one, they pay high rents to these slum landlords, and have nothing left over from their cheques for anything else. Do you really think the landlords care about lowflow shower heads when it comes to the poor. As long as they get their rent who gives a sh*t about the poor. They don't do anything to improve the conditions where these poor people live, but they don't mind taking their money. I really hope something is being done for the roomers and boarders here in Fredericton. I could go on and on about this.
Well landlords should buy low flow showerheads because they save money and are a good way to reduce your greenhouse gas emmissions, and which is better for the environment. The less water you use the less energy consumed.
