Did you talk to the owner of the vehicle? If so, did they tell you that they work for the government? If not, then you have absolutely ZERO evidence that the vehicle's owner works for the government. There are thousands of people who live in Fredericton who do NOT work for the government.
So nobody in the city is allowed to own anything nice without you being so obviously jealous and condescending? Lots of people have jobs and save money to buy items they really want.
