I heard MARIJUANA was planted in Hatfield's luggage.

Why does this matter?

Are you sure Bussieres is ex-RCMP? I thought he was ex-military. Plus, if he was 30 years old in 1986, he'd be 50 now. He doesn't look 50 to me. I think this isn't true.

And 3:46, you gave me a good hearty laugh. I do remember Hatfield's lawyer suggesting that in court at the time (don't rememeber if Hatfield himself had the nerve to say it himself and try to keep a straight face). But seriously, I doubt anyone believed it then, including Hatfield AND his lawyer, so I can't imagine anyone believing it now.

If he was one of the arresting officers all the way back in 1984, then he has contributed more taxdollars to New Brunswick than you have Charles. He gives and you take and take and take...

Why would he plant it in his luggage, just to get it started?Or is it like the wine I used to ferment,,gone before it matured.

Let me clarify. I did not say that Bussieres planted it. It was the rumour that someone did.

Yes he was RCMP officer. Was there way back in 1984. I do not have a clue. Charles Leblanc does make outlandish claims without ever backing them up.

Yes...he was there...why would I blog the story if it wasn't true???

Charles LeBlanc always blog true stories.....

You most certainly do NOT always blog true stories. You blog opinions, insinuations, accusations, slander, gossip and lies along with the odd true factual story.

Unfortunately Hatfield died too quick and no truth came out about his involement with the boys at Kingsclear. He had some of these kids in his Bricklin. The law was not there for these children and evener sadder when they did know they turned their backs and still to this day there is a cover up. The punishment should be severe foe such a crime. No it is not but catch a salmon and they will get big time and a fine.

We live in a very sick society when we turn our backs on these people who suffered the worst crime; death would been more humane. People who did this are deserving of the death penalty or what max penalty there is on the books.
