They have my vote. We need a watch dog in parlament. Someone that is not under the Irving thumb (yet).
Lord shot himself and his party by bad managenent of Colsom Cove and the rushing of the Irving tax break deal. both hurt us New Brunswickers bad. Every conservitive political poster should have the Irving sponcer sticker on it.

Well I believe your right.
I heard a liberal disaster showed up in some unheard of town(a Grand-Barachois or something).
Liberal should bring on Claudette Bradshaw,A peoples person.

Who have you been hearing that from? Or is this another invention of your brain without a source?

The NDP is a complete and total joke this election. From the failed opening press conference that had to move to the sidewalk, to a lack of candidates in a bunch of ridings--STILL!, to the few meaningless policy announcements they've made. They are disorganized, and floating around like a ship without a rudder.

You just like them because they'll put up with your crap and endless photo requests, Charles.

You are right on.

Although I wish NDP well but at this time they are a disaster.

Charles, I think you're hanging around with only NDP members. If they can take second place in one riding, they'll have done well.
They're polling at 5% (which seems a little low even to me so it's probably not totally accurate), but cracking 10% is going to be a challenge. It's still early and maybe they can make some gains but they've got a LOT of work to do. Does anyone know how many ridings the NDP had to parachute candidates into to have a full slate?

I believe the NDP along with the Liberals are the end of true democrasy as we know it. I don't like the NDP's stand on the issues of traditional family values, they are just like the liberals when it comes to that. I have nothing at all against any who is of the gay lifestyle, but I would not elect them into office because I don't want that kind of value system portrayed in front of my Nieces and nephews. I mean lets face it. if someone actually got elected it would be a puppet for the gay rights groups and it would be difficult to keep our values of decency morality because that party would destroy it.

Michael, in fairness I think you're confusing the Federal Liberals with the provincial Liberals. Most or at least many provincial Liberals are more conservative than a lot of the Conservatives. On the Federal side, you're right about at least the majority of the Liberals.

Of course with the NDP given Allison Brewer's obvious stance regarding abortion and non-desire to even recognize that ther are some valid societal arguments against same-sex marriage, I would have to concur with you on the NDP.

Michael G. McKay B.A. Esq or whatever your title is. I don't know why you would go to a liberal arts school if you are so obviously ignorant. You think that giving PEOPLE rights, will destroy the moral fiber of society? Gay and lesbians grow up with the same moral upbringing as anyone else. Except for you, because it seems that your moral upbringing was that of a self-righteous religious group where they DO judge and DO condemn, and let Jesus do the rest.

I must assume, SIR that you are voting concervative. Concervatives have been known to put profits before people. That doesn't sound very moral or Christian to me.

As for the rest, I'm casting my vote for the NDP, Lesbian or not because I don't care who she goes to bed with or who she doesn't go to bed with. I know that the NDP will not win but I will not cast my vote of approval to someone I don't want to win.

Everyone reading this has the right to vote for whoever they want, and you should do so.

to.mr.me

I know that he is equating morality to Christianity because of his blog. Have you ever read it?
No, I don't think morality and Christianity are similes..... I think the word you are looking for is "Synonymous" I don't think they are synonyms either.

Homos = offensive term. please, do try to keep up with the times.

Judging by your spelling, misuse of terms of figures of speech and general lack of common sense, I think it is you who should be reading a book or two (preferably a dictionary). Or maybe you could get a B.A. Like Admirable McKay.

Well then, it all comes down to a sexuality debate yet again. Morality differs for all but most of us who live in the real world teach and adhere to the values of respect for humanity, love of your neighbor and aceptance of individuals - love thy neighbour.... My religion (Christianity) preaches all those things and as such, I agree with Mr. Trudeau (politics does not belong in the bedroom).
