Promises right now after eight years mean nothing to all the people who find it difficult to make ends meet and I am not talking about the poorest this is just the average people.

I can't argue with most of the above but I don't understand why people are still saying their insurance rates are so high. The price has come down to pre-2002 levels. If you're paying more than you need to shop around because your insurance company is screwing you over. Now if someone has had two drunk driving convictions and had three crashes, that's another story but you should be paying more anyway because you're then a risk to everyone on the road.
Are you sure you do not work for Bernard Lord because your language is the same what he says about insurance and previous Minister of Justice, Brad Green - shop around. Have the rates come down, baloney.
