Full???? THIS IS THE SUMMER MONTHS?????

Can you imagine what's going to happen during the winter months?

Rents are going up but the welfare rate stays the same. People are going to be dying on the streets.

What a darn waste of a strapping man sitting on a park bench idling his time away doing nothing. He could be cleaning the streets or dishing up food at a soup kitchen, ANYTHING but loafing around. THere IS work out there for everyone if you really really want it. He's just not trying.

Yes....you truly are a blue collar Irving employee....The guy works hard all week in the wood and now you want him to work all weekend.....Thanks for showing the Irving way!!!...lol

If he works hard all week, fine, but if he doesn't have enough money for a PLACE TO LIVE, then it certainly wouldn't kill him to look for a part-time job to supplement his income and help him to afford a place to live. So blue collared irving employee is right in that aspect.

You say he works hard all week. Are you saying he works 40 hours per week? At $6/hr, that's almost $1000/month before taxes. He can't find a roommate to share an apartment rent? Bull.

And Millie, "re-renting" scheme you have going allowed by the building owners? Does your lease allow that?

I agree with 2:20 am that is just BULL. No place to live, but he works all week, yeah right. Sing me another one.
And Millie, yeah, the word is "sub-Lease"....do you have the authority by the landlord to sub-lease this room to someone else?
This guy on the park bench must spend all his money on booze or something, cause there's something wrong with this picture.

The whole thing about renting an "extra apartment" sounds pretty fishy in the first place. Maybe somebody needs to call the rentalsman's office about the situation.

The names of the person on the lease will be responsable for whoever moves in...and there names goes on the lease as well...I am sorry if I caused any heartbreak here..but I just offered a guy a room. I am not a schemer, just a caring person. I wish you would call rentalsmen. I myself have the apartment for my son. May God bless you in your surfing and hope you have a bite to eat and a bed to sleep on.

Can you rewrite that so we can understand what you're trying to say and to which poster you're addressing? It's like two people trying to type in one post.
