13 days left till New Brunswickers will find out if this Province will officially be a Second China or an old Germany.



Just pretend for a minute, there’s a huge accident or a protest in front of your eyes.



You quickly go for your camera out but you’re not allowed to take a picture because the Judge in Charles’s trial said - Since the Irvings owns all the Newspapers in this Province? Only Irving employees will be allowed to take pictures in New Brunswick.



Therefore you would have to phone a Irving employee.



Far Fetch? I don’t think so!!!



This guy name is Duane and he had a run in with the Fredericton Police Force last June. It was during the peaceful protest of immigrants without boarders.







Once the Fredericton Police Force arrive on the scene?



Myself and Duane quickly surrounded the officers with our cameras.







The officer turned around and shouted at Duane - ARE YOU A QUALIFIED PHOTOGRAPHER????







In my view, he meant you have to work for the Irvings if you wish to take pictures.



Lets not forget of the action of the Saint John Police Force deleting all my pictures?



No one will be safe and I believe the Police Force in Fredericton and Saint John wish to arrest anyone taking picture.




Duane is going on trial in February for taking pictures of the arrest of a protester so lets see what’s going to happen?
