As a female who knows looks seem to be a necessity and I think it helps but the comment "cookie" is very insulting. Uncalled for and tasteless; women don't like that term but some men don't understand and speak before they think.
So what, you illegally squatted in front of the legislature for months. Just because you did that doesn't make you anyone's neighbour since those people don't LIVE in the legislature. Stalking people as they go to and from work does not mean you KNOW a person.

Know them or reconize their faces and names? Some I have known for years ( more then 20 years) but I can't say I really know them.

Charles yes you do get to know them but for people who just know to see them them or see them around in newspapers they really don't know them.
