Of course its Charles blog so that is who the focus is on, but clearly this is not emotive stuff.

This is far far more than an obstruction and press from all over canada proves it.

This is hugely important and if we could get more posts here about Duane's court case in Fredericton then people would maybe really start to take notice.

I know of people who 'know of' Charles and dont know the whole story but just say they are not surprised. More coverage of the case in Fredericton would prove to people that this is not isolated, is not just about obstruction, and is very much about the power of a police state. If cops can pick out people and steal film and pictures, then that's third world dictator stuff.

These cops are clearly sending a message, the next time there is a public protest (probably next spring) then it should be organized so that dozens of New Brunswickers will be there with digital cameras.

Then nobody will be able to 'conjecture' about what happened and it would keep the police in line. Police are a necessity, but control of the police is an even greater one-just ask anybody in Latin America.
