The Saint John Police took the action of deleting close to 200 pictures from my camera without a search warrant.
The poor in Saint John are in grave danger.
In the eyes of the Saint John Police Force? If you don’t work? You will be treated much differently.
These Gestapo style Police officers will grab you from the streets and you will not have access to a lawyer.
You will have to defend yourself in Court.
The reason? It’s just a way to put the poor in jail because there’s no way in the world you can win in court but you won’t land in jail because you’ll be in probation.
Once you break that probation? You will go to jail.
I wonder when this started anyway? How many poor citizens landed in jail because they had to represent themselves?

Why would it matter in the eyes of the Saint John Police if I work or not?
Lets not forget that there’s another case in February of a guy who took pictures and was arrested by the Fredericton Police Force.
There’s no doubt in my mind there will be a public inquiry of the way the Police Force handle my case in Saint John.
I am very curious of the reasons the prosecutor insisted of pushing ahead with my case? My lawyer asked me not to blog about this issue so I won’t.
But I know one fact!!!
Once society loses faith in their Local Police Force?
It’s the end of Democracy as we know it!!!
I believe if the Justice system supports the deleting of pictures or evidence by a local Police Force?
Then, I truly believe it’s time for the R.C.M.P. to take over!!!!!

Why don't you stop this nonsense and get a job. Saint John now has less than 6% unemployment, which means that even you could get a job if you really wanted one. There are help wanted signs all over and large signing bonuses for going to a call centre. You would be so much more credible if you even tried to get off welfare.
