The police need to know that just because the tazer isn't lethal, doesn't mean they shouldn't show some restraint before they decide to use it.

Man, that is disturbing and frightening. Everyone needs to watch this video and then form an opinion about the taser gun. It is a frightening and lethal weapon and its use has resulted in deaths many many times. There have been calls for moratoriums on the use of this lethal weapon but police forces are ignoring those calls and equipping their officers. When will there be too many deaths related to the taser before the politicians who oversee the police services refuse to approve them? The video is frightening.
A Taser is considered a instrument of torture in most countries! Key word is repeated use,when it only takes a single jolt to knock the power out of a persons muscles and the brain gets mixed up also,just like being knocked out! but the police keep yelling to the people not to move when the person is basically coming back to consiousness probably not understanding where he is or was 5 minutes beforehand! I do believe the police know this but just enjoy thier instrument of torture tooo much!
