i went to dupuis' to see les camille-a-johnny saturday morning. they had a couple pencartes with photos that brought back memories. esp JR in his old Braves uniform:)) les games de 200 chez nous pi chez pamphille. suzanne a pamphille etait la itou, j'y'ai parler un elan.
it was done very nicely, short & sweet but the place was packed! a large family plus a ton of friends (he was so young, most of his friends are still around) i felt bad for jr's boys and fernie and ronald - they were close to him.
it was nice to see ronald and suzanne and patricia again . . . too bad it had to be there:(
y'avait une photo d'antoinette aussi - i always remembered her fondly. i spent a lot of time at that house from say '79 to '84 when she died. she always had great stories to tell:)) elle puffait son tabac pi would get right into the stories haha . . . she'd call me on the evening of the 1st of the month if i'd go over to ray's and pick up their "hot chicken's" ...
