This man has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars of New Brunswick taxpayer’s money. The amount could be well over one million dollars!!!!
His security is so ridiculous that it makes me laugh such as these foolish barricades.
I might add that Dan Bussieres had no respect whatsoever for the Liberals while they were in the opposition.
What do I mean?
Well, once you’re in the opposition? You have to park your vehicle in front of the Legislature.
This Québécois ordered barricades in front of the Legislature.
Therefore, the Liberals had no place to park their vehicles.
I might add I’ve heard he ordered a lawyer and maybe her got paid more than $100,000 to make certain that the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission didn’t take my case.
I’m not sure on that one but I know for a fact that someone made a lot of money!!!!

Yes, I believe it’s about time that New Brunswick Politicians got rid of this Québécois and orders a New Brunswicker to be the NEW Sergeant-At-Arms!
I might add that he gave the orders to all the commissionaires from New Brunswick that anyone who is caught chatting with me? They will be fired right on the spot!!!!

How many times does it have to be explained to you that "banned for life" is not the same as "indefinitely"?

For months and months you've been saying "stay tuned" and bluffing. You don't actually know anything and that's pretty obvious because you haven't posted that supposed reason on this blog. Plain and simple, you're bluffing. Just posting "ask me on the street" and "you wouldn't believe the reason!" is nothing more than a joke. If you want public support, post the facts.
Maybe I would cover this issue if you could prove it to me.
You are real mature Charles. I totally agree with 12:39. Plus blamming Bussieres for all your problems is nothing more than a childish act.
If he was responsible post your proof or stop making accusations and report on the facts.
I must say that it is time you either you need to bring this issue out and have it dealt with once and for all and have a final conclusion, or, closure include all of your evidence as well. but lets have an end to this as long as you can prove what you are saying you cannot be held liable for anything you are saying but don't keep banging the same old drum all day for all to hear. Get it taken care of and bring something else for us to check out.

If anything Charles said was a lie Brussieres would sue him. It's easy enough to criticize when it isn't your life, and if you don't like it, too bad. It's Charles life and its his blog. You aren't paying for the benefit of the blog, so certainly can't expect Charles to change what he says to suit. When and if Charles comes out with the info is his business, if readers are too lazy to find him in downtown Fredericton, then don't be surprised if Charles doesn't pay much attention.
It is very true though that this guy is supposed to be a fascist lunatic, that's what makes security people good at their job. No doubt if he had his way then nobody would be allowed in the legislature and the building would be sealed off by a moat, and MLA's would be choppered in-that's the safest way.
It is the eight committee members who banned Charles, and the fault lies with them. But I know people who act a lot more irrationally than Charles on even supposed slights. Remember, this is a guy who had his basic charter freedoms stripped from him without even a fair chance to defend himself or knowing at the time the reasons. But maybe if more New Brunswickers were sticking up for him and emailing those seven remaining MLA's who had him exposed then Charles wouldn't have to combat this injustice in the best way he knows how. Don't like it, don't read it.
I stnd for Bussiers as he is right in what he is doing. Charles you are the one that promotes hatetred on this site. One persone wrote that Bussiers should sue Charles. I not speaking for Bussiers but if I was him I would tell Charles to %(*%&(*%*^ off and quite wasting tax payers dollars you scumbag. You don't work and all as you do is walk around and say you should fix this and this. You post pictures of garbage left around the city by other scum bags and non paying taxpayers and tell the ones that do pay their taxes for education, policing etc. to smarten up and clean up your acts.Charles as far as I'm concerned and others probably as well your scum.

I agree with Michael McKay and dont quite understand why you wont post what the story (becoming history)is about your banning. I read the CBC article: "Charles Leblanc receives notice that he is banned from legislature property from Sergeant-at-Arms Dan Bussieres. (Courtesy oldmaison.blogspot.com)
The notice, posted on LeBlanc's blog, accuses him of demonstrating "unacceptable behaviour within the legislative precincts, which has included harassment and disrespectful behaviour toward legislative staff, members of the Security Detail and members of the public." Unless your can prove otherwise, I tend to believe what CBC is saying, you even provided them with your photo for their article. I dont think you would do that if they were fabricating things about you.
If you wont tell your side of your story, which part of it in this news article isn't true ? Can you back things up or is this just a cliff hanger to bring the readers back ? ...stay tuned (again ?)

Hi Charles, I would like to reccomend tht you bring everything of this banning fromt eh NB Legislature out in the Open immediately. and get the blooming over and done with. We only know what you are saying to us and also what the the we have heard concerning this issue. Now it is time to either bring this to a rapid conclusion and get it over with so we can all move on. Either Confront the Sargent at Arms with whatever evidence you have, and get over with or, give it a rest.
another thing you could do is bite the bullet and tell them wht they ask what steps you can take to remedy this unfortunate situation.
charlie let's get one thing straight. Dan is not as bad as man as you think,to say he is a Quebecois is incorrect and I must say I find it offensive because he was a RCMP for years and he served the province well and he has live here for 20+ years, pays taxes here, had a family here what else does he have to do?
You propably won't post my comment but you would have read it and you should understand Dan has no authority to ban you and it was mla's ONLY, so leave one guy alone and go after the real people.
I'm surprised you even printed that letter above Charles. That's more outragious than your coverage of Dan Brussieres. That is simply slander, you should go to Bell with an injunction and find that poster and sue them.
I've never seen Charles say anything about 'taxpayers' to 'clean up their act'. He even portrays police in a more positive light than negative. The coverage of the police force is occasions where they clearly do need to clean up their act, and it is more than Charles who says so.
Charles is an advocate for the poor, and if you don't like that, don't come to the blog. Keep in mind that this is issue oriented, not just about Charles. Five other people have been banned as well from the legislature as well, and as so often said, people were doing more than Charles throughout the nineties, eighties and seventies, but as a former security official stated, they never banned a single person until now.
That's clearly important, and that's what open courts are for, so we can find out what the 'unacceptable behaviour' is. Charles does not physically threaten, so its not like MLA's are 'in danger'. And of course we have a freedom of speech which means he should be able to say what he wants.
But it's a very interesting case. It says a lot about a province where the only place people can vent their emotions and ask for the 'secret information' of why a person was banned from the legislature is at that person's blog. In a functioning society it should be easy to simply find out from our duly elected, taxpayer funded officials. But that option is never even brought up. That says a lot about our 'democratic society'.
I'm still laughing at the barricades. LOL

This is the last post/comment I will leave on this issue. I spoke with Charles over rhe weekend concerning this issue. He shared with me the details of this situation and why he is not able at this time to disclose the full details of this issue. I mentioned that the time is going to come when he will have to make a move on this because it has gone on for far too long and it needs to be cleared up soon. I hope that he will be able to get everything in order soon because things need to move on.

You've lost any credibility with this story. We have the truth already - from the CBC story. if they "lied", then reveal the real reasons.
