I was surprised this made the front page of the Irving’s paper because it happened around 5:00pm last might.

I expected this story to be in the Paper on Monday.

I quickly went to the building where the action happened because a friend of mine lives there.

I was told that all streets were blocked off and more than 15 cops, detectives and three police dogs were in the area.

It was mayhem I guess?

What exactly happen? I’m not certain but from what I’m told?

A group of guys chase this individual into this building.

I guess it was a drug deal gone bad.

The drug problem is getting out of control in this Province and Shawn Graham better pay close attention to this issue.

This is not just a drug deal gone bad. It is the result of irresponsible absentee landlords. If the owner of the property had been monitoring and screening tenants, drug deals would not have been taking place on the premesis.

Yes, drugs are a problem in Fredericton. However, if responsible landlords were watching the situation and alerted the police to a drug dealer, perhaps this never would have happened. There is no excuse for letting a situation get this bad, and putting all of the other tenants at risk. Rents are high enough in Fredericton that people should at least have their safety.

Charlie We are starting to suffer the same consequences in the South-End of Saint John all over again.

All those effected by the opening of the North-end Police Dept. are now setting up shop once again in the South end and I might add wasting no time in doing so.

Within the last month you can see it coming together within the streets and older buildings.

Crack is the big thing, It is all over again.

It is so obvious to see these changes happening, Drivers of new vehicles lost and continuously going around the blocks trying to get to where they are directed to go.

Head count on the favored street corners are on the rise, just as soon as the sun goes down and in a couple of spots you can watch the quickhand exchanges about every 20 minutes or so and this goes on until the sun comes back up around about 7-am to 8-am

It is getting so out-of-hand within the last couple of weeks the buyers are so brave that some are crushing it up and doing it right on the street in front of the building of purchase all you have to do is be living above ground level and watch it taking place.

All I can say is God help us as we are about to once again be invaded for who knows how long because these guys know where most of the cops are coming from and what direction as they set themselves up on every couple of corners to give early warning to the rest of the circle.

If you don't believe this just sit yourself above the streets anywhere along duke st,parts of Carmarthen along with parts of Wentworth St. and believe it or not even Mecklenburg street. any time between 10pm and 7am. and watch them watching you. that spot is the quickest growing spot and they aren't even trying very hard to hide it.

Many neighbours are already swapping information on where and who to watch and sure enough within one evening of observation the proof is right there in front of you while your looking with you jaw on the ground at how blatant it is.
