POOR GUY HE HAS TO TURN HIS CELL OR Black B off IN COUNCIL. He is on it a lot and walks out of council; so it is time to give the taxpayers some time; he rarely speaks up and when he does we can't understand his point at all.
He was born in Saint John so what is the reason for not speaking clearly.
When you're brought up and secluded to a Korean family from the get-go, naturally you're going to have a bit of a Korean accent if it's your first language, which would make sense. Jay is an AWESOME councillor and an AMAZING person, so there is no need to discriminate against him or his accent because he's Korean. He also has a family at him including a new baby so if there is no method of contact other than his cell phone, Coolio Ivan Court should shut his mouth and that motion shouldn't even have been broughten up. Jay cares a great deal about Saint John, although his family comes first(and if they need to contact him, he shouldn't be made out to be a bad person just because he doesn't agree with the motion).
Hmm is that Master Chang? The Taekwondo instructor? I think his name was Jay. If so I met him at my boyfriend's black belt grading. I didn't know he was involved in politics, actually..
