I listened to the interview. You are going to get a punch in the mouth. You are trying to get people to say bad things about civil servants and when they don't agree with you, you keep prying until they say what you want.
Ha this lady never gave in to your childish acts. I am a civil servant and if I see you in the street I might just come up to you and punch you in the mouth.
Good move, you've just proved that Charles isn't far off the mark about uncivil servants. People have brains of their own, if they don't agree with charles they'll tell him so. I have a feeling that if you punch Charles in the mouth you'll get more than that back.
