If that person were to leave their post and go somewhere else for work and a new employee were seargent at arms would Charles still be banned?

Just remember......there are always 3 sides to every story. Right now you only ever hear Charles' version. He has been asked time and again to show the proof but he keeps either ignoring the questions or being beligerant to the asker.

The answer is yes. It was not security who banned him, they have no power to do that. It was the legislative committee that banned him, and until that committee revokes it, Charles will be banned.

As was mentioned by the guy formerly in charge of the legislature, security frequently wanted people banned, but legislators refused.

Charles banning is from elected officials, not Dan Brussiere's. Send emails like that to elected MLA's.
