Did Mike Murphy say that? He was all for a study when in opposition. Are you sure? Go to his office and remind him of his commitment.
Perhaps the question should be ...What was the question Charles asked? Two lines with a photo taken months ago really doesn't give much insight into what this conversation was about or For that matter when. Was this a recent conversation or are these Charles summarizing (with his own peculiar spin) some past memories? Even if it did happen yesterday what bearing does not having the right to tell schools how to run their affairs have to do with conducting a study on the use of Ritalin? Pretty hard to read much into such vague statements, just too much not there.
Just Passing, if you examine pictures then you will see that he is trying to convey that he got his picture taken with the Premier in his office. Which hundreds others did too during open house. Sooo, it is all about him and nothing to do with ADHD.
Next theyll be saying they have no right to tell hospitals how to operate or NBPower how to run a utility or municipalities what to do or police how to work. Turns out there is nothing the provincial government can do about anything.
But what was the question you asked Charles? Did you have a nice little talk with the man? Did he stop and chat with you or did you as it so often appears now just shout some accusation at him as he passed? What did you ask him? Can you really even remember what you said or what he really answered back?
Thank you Charles, at least that makes a little more sense than your original two lines. No offense but a little background at least puts things into perspective.

Mow? Maybe he was having a bad day but I believe that Mike Murphy could be worse than Elvy Robichaud on this issue.

After I took the picture? I walked with Mike and in a polite way asked - When is the Government going to do a study on Ritalin?
He quickly answered in a nice way- The Government don't get involded in the school business.
