I noticed over 100 vehicles outside of the building of Ducks Unlimited.
I asked a female who was walking by - What’s going on???
She told me it was a meeting about the issue of Agent Orange and the public was invited.
I decided to make a stopover.
I noticed all the Mainstream media were there.
Once at the building, I noticed a Police Officer from the Fredericton Police Force standing outside the front door but quickly walked in the building once he saw me.
Paranoid from my part? Maybe?
Anyway, I continue till the back of the house.
The place was full of people but I quickly learned the P.C.’s didn’t want me around.
I was immediately confronted by a member of the Secret Service that I wasn’t allowed in the area.
I told the guy – Isn’t the public invited?
I noticed that someone was talking to him via his earphone.
He was receiving orders from someone but who?
He told me that only media people were allowed on the patio.
Well? He walked into my ball game.
I told the Secret Service that I am Media!!!
A Judge ruled last year that I was a journalist!!!
He said- We don’t care what the Judge said!!! You have to leave NOW!!!!!
It’s not my style to be degraded in front of a crowd and this is exactly what was going on?
I quickly went for my camera and took a couple of pictures.
What were they going to do?
Shoot me??? Afterwards, I left but not before confronting the Officer of the Fredericton Police Force who was standing outside the front door.
He assured me that he didn’t say anything and I believe him because I always have problems with the Secret Services every instance someone comes to town.
The Fredericton Police Force treats me good when I'm around taking pictures.
I noticed many workers are from the same office when Bernard Lord was in power.
What are they telling the Police about me?
One thing is certain? Stephen Harper walks around like he won a majority.
He doesn’t talk to the ordinary Canadians. He’s very ignorant and it’s very scary the way he acts in public.
So the Secret Service don’t respect a Judge’s decision?
What are the Secret Service are anyway? A bunch of goons????
I believe the Agent Orange issue is an important one but the P.C.’S don’t wish the true media to cover this issue I guess???
I believe the next time I’m confronted by these goons from the Secret Service? I might put up a fight to be arrested!
Maybe Maudit Quebecois Sargeant At Arms Dan Bussieres is working behind the scenes on this one?

Couple of things. These are not secret service, the secret service protect the president of the United States and other important polititians is the US.
Second you are not a journalist. You said it yourself many times before were you are just a blogger doing this as a hobby. Journalist go to school and study journalism.
Other than these two issues this is a good blog

Charles, those individuals you refer to as 'Secret Service' are all members of the RCMP. This press conference was held at the Ducks Unlimited building in fredericton several weeks ago, and the message on 'Agent Orange' payments went out immediately - not three weeks later. Try to get at least some facts straight before you blog a story!

I have several points to make:
(1) The men you've identified as "Secret Service" are plainclothes RCMP officers. They were doing their job. They did not violate you in any way, physically or ethically.
(2) Stephen Harper was not at the event in question.
(3) You complain that you were turned away at a public event. A church is a public place. If you strolled by as a wedding was taking place, would it be right for you to walk in -- dressed as shabbily as you usually are -- to gawk and take pictures? Of course not.
"Freedom" doesn't mean you get to go wherever you please, do whatever you want. There are limits. In your defence, it's clear you just don't understand the basic philosophies and ideologies you rant about on a daily basis. I think people mistake your ignorance for obnixiousness, whereas in reality, the latter logically flows from the former.
Its just like Germany !!!!

I don't believe the judge ever said you were a "journalist" at all. She did say something about you having the same rights as any citizen but I am pretty sure she never said you were in fact a journalist.
RCMP with Ethics,they threw that away quite a while back or then again they never had any we just assumed they did when they used to follow the law themselves? Guy's not wearing a badge or nametag and dosent identify himself? Gestapo intimidation tactics?? Maybe should have pressed the issue and asked exactly who he was like his ID his badge number and his business card so you could properly Identify Him ,does mister ex-service agree?,maybe you would have gotten some more attention from the press? It seems like all The Fredricton Police know your mug well??(CHARLES IS COMING!)

Undressed bums that think the provincial PC party, the federal PC party and even Dan Bussieres are all conspired to prevent him from attending an event he believes was "public" not because he actually knew anything about it but because some "female" walking by told him?
