Charles; The City workers are priorizing where it matters to the tax payers...You want to make a difference; Stop complaining and put in some shoveling action instead of your mouthing action ! Talk is cheap and reflects on your character...With your free time, couldn't you contribute where you say it counts instead of lecturing people who contributes for a living...?

Not only can't you write, you apparently have problems reading - it said DON"T BLOG THIS - anyway. I think the main roads are a priority to trails - buy a set of snowshoes.
