You can bet your sweet bippy that the access to the North Side walking bridge from Barker Street / Station Street is a bloody mess. I bet $5 it won't be cleared for a week. I wonder why? Could it be because nobody gives a s**t about the Northside?
Because it is the sidewalk. They only clean the sidewalks.
