I have to send this letter by May 30th to Halifax!!! Does anyone have anything to add to my views of the way kids with ADHD should be teated in the classrooms?

Please leave your comment on this very important issue inside this blog! This is what I wrote-

Many MLA's believe that your mandate also includes the issue of Ritalin, but this is not the case. I am aware your mandate is to review the Inclusive Education Programs and Services in New Brunswick. The following are my views on inclusive education with regards to students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD).

Inclusion to me is every student with a Special Need will receive the best education that this province will allow. Of course, we must separate the rights of the child to be in a typical class, and concentrate on the need that would be most optimal for the special need student to learn. Therefore, enhancing the opportunity for the student to have a better quality of life for themselves and society.

The typical New Brunswick classroom often has a combination of students with more than one type of mental disorder. For example: ADHD, Autism, or Cerebral Palsy(CP).

For students with ADHD, often the classroom composition is disruptive commonly with increased noise levels, which impedes learning of the student with ADHD.

Students with ADHD are often labelled as "idiots" or "stupid" by their peers because they are on Ritalin. Conversely, the reality is these students with ADHD are often quite intelligent.

There are many great individuals with ADHD who have become global leaders with different expertise. For example: Bill Gates of Microsoft, Past-President Bill Clinton, Vince McMahon from the WWE( he told millions of viewers on 60 Minutes he has ADHD). Only an ADHD mind could develop a soap opera in the world of wrestling.

In the classroom, once the student with ADHD completes their assigned work the teacher should tell the student to go outside and run around. This is not realistic, but it bears reminding that the student with ADHD may require extra activities to keep him/her busy and mind occupied.

By implementing this strategy there is a reduced opportunity for the student with ADHD to act or get into trouble.

If circumstances are such that the ADHD student works outside the classroom, assurances must be in place that he/she will receive the same grade level curriculum as his/her peers, or higher if indicated.

Educators must hone in on the interests of the ADHD student, foster the interest to assist him/her to go on to lead a productive life. They must not be forgotten in the classroom.

To enhance learning in the classroom, a suggestion would be to have access to an FM System. The teacher will be speaking into a microphone and the student will be wearing an earphone. This permits the ADHD student to filter out background noise, and focus on what the teacher is saying.
You must understand students with ADHD are easily distracted, and today's classrooms are noisy.

Smaller classrooms are a must, and the teachers must be educated on ADD/ADHD, and be trained to implement effective strategies to teach them.

One word I truly despise is the word Special Assistant. I understand that the teacher needs help, but if a special assistant is always offering help to a student with ADHD, it could lower their self-esteem. Other students notice this kind of thing, and they can be very degrading to the ADHD student. Often leading to the ADHD student to be called "idiot" or "stupid". Truth is children can be cruel.

Of course, the atmosphere at home must be taken into consideration. Parents and teachers must be open to communicate with each other. If both parents are working, on many occasions, the time is not made available to help the student with ADHD to do homework or study properly.

The other issue I have is about Ritalin, however, I realize this is not your mandate to study this issue. The percentage of students taking Ritalin is at an all time high in New Brunswick schools. Therefore, these highly intelligent students must be treated with dignity by the Department of Education, School Districts, Schools and their Administrators.

Remember one thing. If we continue to degrade these students with ADHD, we can be preventing some of them from developing into our future leaders of the province or country.

DID MIKE MURPHY WIN THE WAR OF WORDS???

I am so sorry for yesterday blog. I meant to write the title as a form of a question! Jeopardy all over again!

No one is bringing me in court for defamation of character but a few are upset that I’m using their pictures in my blog! Too bad so sad!

I feel as the end of the world is coming to an end.

One other point that is worth noticing is the horses. Today there’s only three horses present. One is gone.

I the wireless system. I couldn’t logged in last evening. Does anyone have any tricks up their sleeves to have better connection with a wireless computer? Please let me know!!

Ok? Did you watch the debate on Voice of the Province last evening?

It was a war of words between Jeannot Volpe and Mike Murphy.



I believe that Mike won the battle because he was very straight forward with the minister especially when Mr. Volpe would mention Frank McKenna.

Mike Murphy quickly replied - I am getting so sick and tired of your Party talking about Frank McKenna! I want to talk about now!!!! NOT THE PAST!!!

Good point because I am certain that many New Brunswickers agrees with Mr.Murphy on this one.

Mike asked Mr.Volpe- Do you wish me to start talking about Bricklin? Good point.

Last week, I forgot to mention the meeting between Frank McKenna and Bernard Lord in Washington D.C. Boy?

TALK ABOUT GUTS!!!

Bernard Lord has been giving a blast to Frank McKenna during these last six years and now he’s meeting with him face to face?????

I bet Frank wasn’t amused.

Weather you like Frank or not? He always replied to his emails. Trust me?

When I protested in my tent for six months? If Frank would have been the Premier? He would have came outside and chat with me. He would have invited me into his office and my issues would have been look into.

Yes, Frank always had the time for protesters.

Frank retired with class and Bernard Lord never defeated the former Premier.

So why is he always condemning Frank?

Good question?

If Frank ran against Bernard Lord?

Frank would surely win because he always listen to the people.

I strongly believe that Bernard Lord should follow the same route as Frank McKenna and Brian Mulroney. He should step down with class.

He’s young and I believe that he will be eliminated off the political map after the next election! He’s going to walk around in shame of the manner he got slaughtered by the voters of this Province.

If I was Bernard to save face, I would announce my retirement and he could do like Brian Mulroney - Telling everyone < who will listen > that he would have done better than Kim Campbell during the federal Election.

We all know that it was indeed Brian Mulroney who lost the elction and not Kim Campbell!!!

I strongly believe that Bernard should step down as soon as possible.

There’s one thing for certain. Bernard Lord will go down in history as the Premier who totally ignored the issue of prescription in this Province therefore ruining the lives of many families!

Bernard Lord can run but on Voting day? It will be the end of Bernard Lord as Premier of this Province!

CHARLES IN COURT FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER AND 12,000 VISITORS TO MY BLOG SITE!!!

It’s terrible out there so here I am at the Library writing a little update.

Thank God for the Library so I have a place to relax when the temperature is bad outside.

Take a look at this Picture? Do you find anything different? Take a close look.

This place is located on top of the hill in Fredericton. You will notice two flags. One is from Walmart and the other is Irving!

The day that the Pope died, The Wal Mart flag was at half mast but the Irving’s didn’t lower their flags?

Can someone tell me the reason? Do the Irvings believe in God? Interesting question? Got an answer?

Yesterday, I had a conversation with a Conservative Bureaucrat in the Legislature.

I have known this guy for over six years and he was surprise once I said- Bernard Lord must stop the drugging and killing of our children.

He quickly asked me – Why would you say a statement like That Charles? Drugging and killing???

I explain to the guy that the Premier told a television audience on Voice of the Province a few months ago and only a small amount of New Brunswickers committed suicide because of the VLT’S so therefore it’s ok!


As for the children? I know of two cases that kids taking ritalin as a child committed suicide in the adult years because they couldn’t cope!

Mind you? Lets not forget the kids who are known as idiots and fools because they’re on Ritalin.

At the end, these highly intelligent children turn out to be the social outcast. Too bad so sad.

I was told that my blogs or views could land me in big trouble. I could land in court for defamation of character against Bernard Lord, those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission or the Irvings!

Defamation of Character?? What’s that anyway??? If I speak the truth? What can a judge do???

Lets take a close look at this so call views that could be label as defamation of character?

1-10,000 citizens asked Bernard Lord to study the issue of Ritalin! What did Bernard Lord do? Nothing!!

2-49% of New Brunswickers wanted these machines remove from public places. Did Bernard Lord offer any suggestions for the poor gamblers? Nothing!

3- Brian Grant a very racist supervisor from the Irving Empire. The company is call Gulf Operators. He always on a witch-hunt against the minorities in the company. He goes around and say- If I own this Empire? There would be no niggers or frogs allow in here! This is a true fact story from Charles! Racism? You tell me?

4- I told J.D. Irving himself that he had a very racist supervisor in his Empire and he told me that it ok!!! A true story with facts!

5- J.D. ordered all the newspapers in this province to deny my letters to the Editor. Therefore only praising letters of the Irvings will be printed! This is a fact!!!

6-The Irvings ordered the Human Rights Commission of the manner people with mental disability should be treated and those C.U.P.E. agreed with the Irvings!
This is a fact!!

7- The Irvings can continue their witch hunt towards the minorities in this Province and the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission told them it was ok!!!
This is a fact!!

8- Carl White < convicted thief > who stole and convicted from stealing from the Irving in the 80s hung up the phone in my ear! These are facts! Carl White is the black guy in the picture.


9- The director of the Human Rights Commission Janet Cullinan threw my complaint in my face and ordered me out the door! Therefore supporting Carl White and the Irvings! These are facts! Janet Cullinan is the person on the right. Is she another Irving employee???

10- Bernard Lord told me before he was elected Premier that there was a major problem with Ritalin in this Province but once he got elected? He changed his tune!! This is another fact!!

So? What is Defamation of Character if you speak the truth???

I just don’t get it!!!

Hey? Maybe this is what I need? A judge to explain to me that the Irvings are kings in this Province and I should obey to these Billionaires? Maybe the issue of Ritalin could be decided by a judge?

One thing for certain!!! I sure won’t be running to a lawyer! I would represent myself and we all know that only a fool represents himself or herself as a client!!! Campbellton??? Here we come!!...lol

THE ACADIANS PROTESTERS FROM CARAQUET IN THE CAPITAL!!!

I had quite a day and I might add that I am very tired.

Here I sit in my cozy chair with keyboard in lap reflecting on the issues of the day.

Be warn in advance??? THIS COULD BE A LONG ONE!!!

Last evening, I noticed some barricades outside of the Legislature. I didn’t have clue what was going to happen the next day.

In the morning, I was told there were two tents in front of the Legislature. Maybe I am not the last of the true protesters after all?

Once there, I was told they were Acadians from Caraquet!

These Acadians are upset over the downgrading or closure of their hospital.

Two women told me a Commissionaire < From my guess? > I believe it was Wayne Soucy. Personally, I never like this guy.

I guess that he approached the protesters telling them that they are not allowed to set up tents on the front lawn of the Legislature.

The funny thing was these people couldn’t speak English and he couldn’t parler Le Francais!

You would believe that they would have sent a person who can speak official languages.

Especially when you’re dealing with the Legislature. From what I’m told a translator came to the rescue.

It was windy and Thank God that the sun was out.

They were loud and angry at the Government for cutting their services.

They held a huddle and decided that everyone would go in the Gallery and watch a debate between Elvy Robichaud and Hedard Albert about the issue of Health Care.

The minute the debate ends, they will all stand up in the gallery and begin singing.

I met a guy name Denis. I found the guy very nice and straight forward.

Once inside the Legislature, he asked me if I was going to join them?

I quickly replied that I wasn’t interested because it drives me nuts just to listen to all the BS on the floor of the Legislature but I would join them later.

Seconds later, I almost took a heart attack!!! Jeanoit Volpe < Minister of Finance > came through the front door.

I quickly told the Minister- My God? A protest going on outside and a Minister takes the front door???

Of course the door on the left side was block because of the barricades.

I told Denis - Hey???? This is the man who takes care of the Money in New Brunswick so you can chat with this guy!!!...lol…

I left the House and came back 45 minutes later, I went to the Gallery and I noticed all the protesters in one spot.

They were paying close attention to the debate.

After a while, I found Elvy very rude once Hedard asked him of the need to have open meetings about the issue of the Hospital in Caraquet. From what I’m told these protesters held a protest in the hospital for over a month. < I wish that I would have taken notes >

I quickly learn that they all have heard about my protest. I love to mention my six months protest because this is where I heard all the sad cases of Ritalin.

In the North shore, Ratalin is a major problem but Bernard Lord don’t seem to care.

Everyone of them asked me the same question?

What did you accomplish?

Good question? But I always remind the individual of the story of Burt Paulin< MLA>.


He told me that the system wanted his grand daughter to be on Ritalin. If it wasn’t for me the child would have been on the pill.

During my protest, he listened to my concerns and he told his daughter not to put her daughter on Ritalin.

So? If I succeeded from one child not to be on Ritalin? It was well worth my time and effort!!

I reminded the protesters that my battle is far from over and the MLA’S knows it!

Hey? It’s my faith that keeps me going and nothing else matters! < I am not born again>

Ok…NEVER MIND MOI ME MOI!! I’m jumping from the issue here!!!

Anyway? On the floor of the Legislature, Elvy Robichaud said - We will not have open meetings when people Crase on people. If they act uncivilized? We will not have any open meetings.

My God? You should have seen the looks on the Protesters faces.

They were just insulted and they knew it! They were starring at each other with their mouth wild open.

I was certain that all hell would break lose in the Gallery!

By the way? Craser means Spitting on peoples faces.

Mind you, they remained calm, cool and collective.

Myself, I couldn’t take it anymore so I left.

Once outside, the protesters came out singing and screaming at the Government.

They weren’t forcibly remove.

They left on their own but I guess they sang songs very loud. What’s next?

While chatting with Denis? They began to walk in the Capital. They were heading for the building of the Health Department.

I was very surprised that they knew where the building was located.

Myself, I always believe that all Departments were located in one building in the Capital.

That building is called- The Centennial Building.

I call it the building of the Evil Bureaucrats!!!

They walked in the building and ran towards the elevators. They continued till the fifth floor and demanded the receptionist that they wanted to chat with Elvy Robichaud.

Of course, they were wasting their time.

The time was around 4:05pm!

I noticed one high class bureaucrat walking towards them with his arms spread out like he had a beehive under both arms. At the end, he hit his elbow hard against the corner of a wall. He hurt himself! Too bad!!! He shouldn’t be walking that way!

I also noticed a staff name Steve Benteau watching the situation very closely.

He used to be the Editor of the Daily Gleaner and he move on to communication with the Government.

I tapped him on the shoulder and said- Parle-tu Francais???

You should have seen the look on his face?..lol..

Charles? What are you doing here? Ok..This is the reason I never receive any blogs from you today!

I forgot the guy is on my list!

So, the first police officer arrive at 4:15pm but they had a problem.

The officer couldn’t speak Le Francais!

Three more officers arrive and still no French cops!

Finally one came to the scene who could parler Le Francais!

I asked - Where are you from? He quickly looked at me and said- What are you doing here? I guess that we met in front of the Legislature.

It was 4:25pm and everything was calm.

I noticed two police officers sneaking their way around the back of the room.

The next thing you knew. All the protesters were surrounded by City Finest.

At exactly 4:30pm, they gave the orders to evict the premises.

Of course, we know that those bureaucrats want to go home and enjoy their high pay living.

The cops ordered the mostly females protesters out of the building. The girls remain stern and calm.

They called the media for witnesses but to no avail. I am very surprise that the Irving media wasn’t around.

News is News and this was news!

All you could see were 5 cops lined up escorting the protesters out the door. Hey? Who needs the media anyway?

The so call porffesional cop took a pair of handcuff out and the women just made fun of the guy!!!..lol..It was funny!!!

Just like the cowboys pulling out their 38 revolver in the Western days. The girls quickly drew their cameras from their pockets and took pictures.

I hope that I will receive some of these pictures for my blog but seriously?

Where was the media? But when you have the information Highway? You can share these pictures with the whole world!

Once outside, there was two paddy Vans and four police cruisers.

My God? That’s a lot of officers for a peaceful crowd.

The protesters continue their walk to the Legislature. They went to their bus and came out with all kinds of food. I never eaten all day and they offered me some sandwiches.

The protesters didn’t have any plans. They were just going by the way the wind blew.

They decided to sit on the front steps of the Legislature but three police officers < undercover > ordered the protesters from the front steps.

The Acadians began to get angry of the way they were treated.

They continued walking around the Legislature till they reach their Bus.

I hung around because I wanted them to pitched their tents so I could see with my own eyes if I’m truly the last of the true protesters?..lol..

Hey? This is real good for the tile of my book!

At around 6:30pm and I decided to call it a day and what a day it has been!

I met a new friend- Denis and we gave each other a little hug and I was on my way! < I’m not the huggy type >

ACADIANS FROM THE NORTH SHORE SETS UP TENTS!!!

Acadians from the North Shore have set up two tents in front of the Legislature. Stay tune for more action...

BRING ON THE IMMIGRANTS!!! ALSO CHARLES BUMPS INTO ANDREW HOLLAND!!!

Last week, I walked into the Centennial building and I felt foolish.

Hey? Not the first time…lol..

By the way? LOL means lots of laugh!!! A few people asked me what it meant?



Anyway at first, I didn’t know what was going on?

There were immigrants all over the place. I felt like I just landed in another country!

There was a few MLA’S present from both political parties in the hallway.

I walked by and noticed this nice food on the table. Now I think about it? I believe that everyone was waiting for the word GO for everyone to go and eat.

Being Charles? I noticed this crispy food that look like chicken.

I was told that it was called- Gulab Jamem.

You would have believe that I would have had my little treat and that would have been it?

My God? I couldn’t stop myself!! I went back for more and more and I believe that the organizers believe that I was a bum from the streets. I was like a pig!!!


Some of the immigrants were from Indonesia and they served Spring Roll, Bakwan and Kroket. If I spell it wrong? Please correct me.

Yes, I never tasted so much good darn food for a long time!!!

I say - BRING ON THE IMMIGRANTS!!!!

Boy? Can they ever cook!!!

Of course if me mother would have never came to Canada from Scotland? I might not even be here?

Yes, I am half pure Scottish!!! Maybe my problem isn’t ADHD??? Maybe it’s because of my Scottish blood because we know there’s nothing more stubborn than a god dam Scotsman!!!

At that same meeting, I bumped into my old friend Andrew Holland who works for MP Andy Scott.


He used to be the host from the Rogers program Voice of the Province.

I believe that he was the first ever host!

My God? He had a lot of patience with me for 2 to 3 years. I must give the guy some credit!

He gave me the time on the show to confront the issue of the Irvings and Ritalin to the public.

He was a very good host!

I would always call Melanson Live and Voice of the Province to spread my views.

Andrew Holland was also the first reporter to cover my protest in 2003.



It was a small interview but I did reach a few people. Better than the Irving media that’s for sure!

As a matter of fact?

Months later, He made my first and only interview with me over the net!

Then I heard a rumor from TJ Burke on the front steps of the Legislature that Andrew Holland might not be back as host of Voice of the Province?



TJ didn’t say that it was true but I could sense that something wasn’t right?

Weeks later, it was confirmed that he was going to go and work for Andy Scott.

After I got to know Andrew on a personal level?

I would always say - That man has ADHD big times!!!

He’s a perfect example of what people with ADHD can accomplish in life!!!

I walked into his office and he would take calls from the voters. A person with ADHD loves to talk and he’s a professional at it!...lol….


Seriously, I am very grateful to Andrew Holland to allow me the time to speak out against the Ministers of the Lord Government against the use of Ritalin!!!

Andrew Holland left in 2003 and Dennis Melanson walked towards the sunset last week.



They’re gone but the battle with the Lord Government of the way they’re drugging and killing our children will continue till the end of times!!!

THE IRVINGS ARE ON THEIR LAST LEGS AND BERNARD LORD PRIME MINISTER OF CANADA????

Last Friday, I once again phoned the talk Show Talk of the Town < CFBC >in Saint John.

While waiting for my turn, the caller ahead of me was telling the radio audience he heard that Bernard Lord might be considered for the leadership of the P.C. Party of Canada therefore becoming one day Prime Minister of Canada!!!

Seconds later, I said - Yipeess..There’s a scary scenario Bernard Lord Prime Minister of Canada!

I told Rick Mantle that it wouldn’t be a bad thing. The host sounded a little surprised and I continued- Lets see here- 10,000 people signed my petition asking Bernard Lord to study the issue of Ritalin.

What did the Premier do?

Nothing!

He sort of told his fellow New Brunswickers that the drugging and killing of our children will continue for a couple more years.

Then came Tim Smith with the VLT’S!


Close to 50% of New Brunswickers voted to remove these dreadful machines.

You would have believe that Bernard Lord would have had some sympathy for those poor people?

Of course not!!!!

Not one single suggestion to help the gamblers in this Province.

He told New Brunswickers- It’s ok because only a few people will commit suicide!

Therefore the machines stays!!!!

So? With that kind ignorant attitude?

This is exactly what Canadians needs in today’s world!

A Prime Minister who totally ignores the wishes of Canadians!!!!

I believe this would cause a revolution and this is exactly what Canada needs because our system is getting totally out of control!

Billionaires runs our MLA’S, Bureaucrats, newspapers, workers Compensation and our racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission.

Speaking of the Irvings?

They are truly on their last legs because they will not be able to fool the public any longer in the very near future.

Their way of buying all the newspapers in this Province was a waste of money.

What I find amazing with this blog is that I wrote about so many issues during the past 2 years so therefore any words you write in a search engine?

Ritalin in New Brunswick or ADHD in this Province just to name a few?

So? As for the Irvings? They can try and buy the talk show in Saint John and close it down but they will always be in people eyes on the information Highway!

After we are long gone, my stories will be in people eyes and minds for decades to come. Or maybe centuries!!!

Being the owners of every newspapers in this Province will not help their situation either.
