Federal Liberals are meeting in Regina. Guess who makes the first statement, the self-declared Prime Minister Bernie Lord. He says Martin Liberals are not out hot water yet and they cannot win next election. He really thinks he is the leader of Federal Conservative party. Should it not be Harper who should be more concerned.
