THE IRVINGS - HOW MUCH WILL GOD TAKE FROM THE IRVINGS????

I was told this evening that if a person wants to work at Wal-Mart? They have to pass a blood test.

God.creating.stars

This is a job for $7.00 an hour? Crazy or what?

I remember when I had to pass the aptitude test before I began working for that racist Irving company Gulf Operators.

One question that was asked was - If your brother stole from the company? Would you report them? You know dedicate your life and soul!!!!

Another one was if you see $25,000 on the table would the taught go through your mind to bring the money home?

Well? I flunk the test and at the end it took J.K. and J.D Irving to order Gulf Operators to hire me!

How do you pass an aptitude test?

Is it a tricky exam? A person can come out from that test looking like a saint.

I know the Irving racist management at Gulf Operators will single out people for a urine test.

I know of one case that a worker was told to report for a urine test at the Irving’s headquarters.

The guy failed the test. They found some marijuana in his system so therefore he was fired right on the spot.

The Irvings will not say- Ohhh??? You have a problem? Let us help you!!!

No way!!! There is another way to beat the Irvings with these drug test.

Once the Irving employee is told to report at the Irving Headquarters. They quickly ran to Cannabis Café in Saint John < shut down now >and buy some liquid that will drain the marijuana from the system.

drug

I guess in the Capital, there’s a place in Fredericton
Mall and they come out clean.

Myself, I never been called but I would have beaten the system anyway because I hate drugs!

I don’t believe it’s right for an individual to be fired if he or she smoke a joint during the weekend.

I guess the Irvings or Wal-Mart are allowed to do this because it already went to the Supreme Court of Canada.

I heard a sad tale last week. Someone told me that a person who used to work for the Irvings was let go. < union activity >

The guy had a wife and two kids.

He located a job to support his family.

The Irving Management soon found out where he worked and ordered the company to fire the guy!

The poor soul had to move his family out west to feed his family!

I’m starting to believe that the Irvings are like the British who deported we Acadians in 1755!

deprt

They will hunt you down like an gang of British citizens who hunts down a fox!

fox

If you’re not treated properly, you cannot go to the media because they own it all!

You cannot go to the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission? Well, you know the story with those paid Irving employees at the Commission!

sign1

I don’t believe that the Irvings has a conscience because they are the only people in this province who I know that will built a chapel on their land to escape property taxes!

church

I was surprised that they didn’t lower their flags at half mass once Jean Paul II died?

Charles 04_07_05 080

The question is why?

Do they believe there’s no life after death!

Why would they use God to save a few bucks?

It just doesn’t make any sense.

You can give different religions money but at the end if you built a church or chapel on your property to escape the property taxe?

church
Well? I believe that God will say that’s a huge faux pas!!!

Never mind the question – How much more can New Brunswickers take from these Billionaires?

Charles 04_11_05 003

The emotional question is how much will God take from the Irvings?

Chapel

Charles. The chapel was part of the former private school grounds on which JK built his new home.

You got to admit they know all the angles! LOL.

I expected the issue of drugs would have got the comments going but I was wrong.

I would like to respond to this if I may, I believe that every employer has the right to require their employees/workers to be tested for illegal substances because it can cause problems on the job but also, because it is against the law of the land to use any kind of recreational or mind altering substance that is considered illegal by the Society in which we live. Also, a business can be fined a pretty heffty sum of Money if it is found that they are employing persons who have a problem with Drugs. It is not considered good for the business and it costs the tax payers a lot of money down the road if the active drug user gets into Criminal activity to support his/her habit.

I also believe that there should be a better avenue in dealing with this issue though, I do not believe that the individuals who are found to be using drugs necessarily need to be fired. I believe that they should be encouraged to get the proper help they need to get off the drugs and shown where they can get that help.

If they person is a good worker and does his or her job well, then they should be allowed to keep their job on the condition that they truly get the help to put an end to the use of these many illegal substances.

While this is 'good for business', it's bad for society. This essentially rules out addicts because everybody else can just wait til it's out of their system. Random blood tests still aren't allowed, only new applicants (I'm pretty sure)

For business this makes sense, they can cut down on their costs. For society, not so much because it further marginalizes, well, anybody not wanting to tow the line. This essentially keeps them from applying-which is all Wal Mart wants since they probably get thousands of applications for their few jobs.

However, I have been poor in the past, and I know just how bad it can be, and a job was just the thing necessary to get me out of it. I wasn't an addict, but we do know that addiction is a disease-not a lifestyle, which means these people are pushed down further into illegal activity (so we can arrest them and get them away from us).
