CFBC - IS CFBC OFF THE AIR????

Could it be that the Irvings bought Maritimes Brodcasting??

They came back on the air Charles roughly around 11:15-am or so.

I thought they may have went off for good, they were off since late yesterday afternoon weren't they ?

Maybe the Mayor pulled the radio station's electrical plug out of the wall { lol }

I strongly believe that if this talk show would go off the air? Many Saint Johners would be lost and the Irvings would be in heaven!!!!

LOL - "Many Saint Johners would be lost and the Irvings would be in heaven!!!"

Who would be lost aside from the three dozen people who listen to its foolishness and the same incoherent ranters who always call in. No loss if it were to disappear.

CFBC RECIEVED OVER A THOUSAND CALLS THURSDAY MORNING WITH PEOPLE WONDERING WHY THE TALK SHOW WAS NOT ON THE AIR SO I THINK THAT TELLS YOU THERE ARE MORE THAN 3 PEOPLE WHO LISTEN

@3:15-

its called speaking up & having your say & if you dont like it then crawl back under your politacal correct asskissin rock you came out from.

i know many who listen to TOTT & NEVER would dream of calling in including myself,so god bless charles & jim web,etc for having the BALLS to call in & voice the peoples consernes. i prefer to e-mail rick with my thoughts & feedbacks & for many who listen its just not their cup of tea to call in. im so sick of hearing this "and the same incoherent ranters who always call in" BS!. every single day i listen to the show ATLEAST one firsttime caller calls in & they always say they had been listening for years & just never called in & you can tell they are just not atease talking on the show,so pls give it a rest. i dought if it was only "three dozen people who listen to its foolishness" that people like paul zed would be on the show as much as he is...if ever.

Thank God they're back on the air!!! I would bet that Norm McFarlane, Bernard Lord and the Irving's we quite relieved that they went off the air for the summer, and I suspect they hoped that Talk Of The Town would be silenced for good. But surprise they came back and the topic of conversation regarding the Tax deal for the Irvings resumed as if they never went off air for the summer. The decision to grant this tax holiday is going to come back and bite both Common Council, the Mayor, and Bernard Lord whenever an election is called. We are not going to forget Norm's and Bernard's sell-out of Saint John to the Irving Empire.
