This should of happen if it was a child of Lord,or anyother person who has any say at all. Common since should of happen here and money spent to help this child. Things of not changed this easily could be as tragic as what happen with the boys in Kingsclear. Shame on the goveernment for not stepping in. No excuse!
Sorry It should not of happen. I am so angry I can't see straight. Never should this happen. People should be so mad and would want this to happen to any child.
