Did anybody see this guy show up? What is a real shame is that most van drivers are the only ones in their vehicle! But this could be a car pool vehicle, and of course lots of people own vans. Keep in mind that your average five year old lawn mower will put more pollutants in the air than a new vehicle, and at least when you pay more for gas, you pay more taxes.
