I always feel embarrassed for guys who drive cars like this, it's like they're compensating for something. Clearly this guy is having a late life crisis. I remember seeing the logo for this car before, but I can't quite remember what it is. It's a safe bet that it has a v-6 or even a v-8, but if it's an import it may just have a v-4 that's made to LOOK like it's got horsepower.
While it's an expensive automobile, I don't think it's anything to get excited about. We all know MLA's are paid well, and obviously they can spend their money as they see fit. With the death of the auto pact what would be interesting is if the New Brunswick government were to tell an automotive company, like Smart Car, the Electric Car (in Toronto), or other european manufacturer that they will convert their government vehicles to their product if the company agrees to set up a manufacturing plant there. THere are lots of european models that are energy efficient but just not available here, with the death of the Auto Pact there is some room for 'niche' automotive players. In southern ontario it's said they can't keep up with demand for these vehicles. A smart car or electric car costs only $15,000 and the gas savings over its lifetime would easily be $5000. It would be nice to see some government people who can actually afford these things (since we are paying them so well) actually lead on this issue.
He is the Minister of Finance. He has money - yours and mine. Sooo, spend he will. Keep on paying taxes fools so that these fellows can have time of their lives.

I think his licence plate is funny.
What does the lincence plate say? Tax and then tax some more and then lie about it that he has reduced taxes.
It says LWR TAX. That means lower tax.
Yes! Lower tax? That is what I mean when I say lying about it.
