GOD'S MINUTE!
BEFORE I FORMED YOU IN THE WOMB I KNEW YOU;
BEFORE YOU WERE BORN I SANCTIFIED YOU.
( JEREMIAH 1:4 *NKJV )
Dear Charles,
Now have you ever felt that God doesn't even know you,
or doesn't care what happens to you? Well, today we will
take a look at just how well God knows each and every one
of His Children, and how very important we all are to Him!
Now before we start it is important to remember that the
purpose of His intimate knowledge of us is to be Protective
and Helpful, not Judgmental and Condemning! Thus an
expression of His deep Love for each one of His Children!
Let us begin with the words of King David: "O LORD,
YOU HAVE SEARCHED ME AND KNOW ME. YOU
KNOW WHEN I SIT AND WHEN I RISE; YOU PERCEIVE
MY THOUGHTS FROM AFAR." ( PSALM 139:1-2 )
Now we may not want others to know us very well, but
God already knows everything about us. For; EVEN THE
VERY HAIRS OF YOUR HEAD ARE ALL NUMBERED.
( MATTHEW 10:30 )
YOU DISCERN MY GOING OUT AND MY LYING DOWN;
YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH ALL MY WAYS."
( PSALM 139:3 ) For it is also written, "DOES HE NOT
SEE MY WAYS AND COUNT MY EVERY STEP?
( JOB 31:4 )
Also; "BEFORE A WORD IS ON MY TONGUE YOU
KNOW IT COMPLETELY, O LORD." ( PSALM 139:4 )
For; "NOTHING IN ALL CREATION IS HIDDEN FROM
GOD'S SIGHT. EVERYTHING IS UNCOVERED AND
LAID BARE BEFORE THE EYES OF HIM."
( HEBREWS 4:13 )
After all; YOU CREATED MY INMOST BEING; YOU
KNIT ME TOGETHER IN MY MOTHER'S WOMB."
( PSALM 139:13 ) "MY FRAME WAS NOT HIDDEN
FROM YOU WHEN I WAS MADE IN THE SECRET
PLACE. YOUR EYES SAW MY UNFORMED BODY.
ALL THE DAYS ORDAINED FOR ME WERE WRITTEN
IN YOUR BOOK BEFORE ONE OF THEM CAME TO BE.
( PSALM 139:15 & 16 )
Now you know how intimately God knows you, and you
may know Him intimately as well by reading His Letter To
You! ( The Bible ) So why not pick up and read the Bible
tonight?
Have a Wonderful Weekend Charles, and know that God
Loves You Dearly, for you are His Child and He even
smiles every time He thinks about You! Amen.

Hmmm. Someone asked me about my comments regarding anti-Christian behaviour in Canada. The comments above seem to support that somewhat. Why even leave a comment except the writers have a real disdain for the Bible? It's a preachy book, I know, but there's a lot of wisdom in it that we would be wise to not ignore.
I appreciate the back up Spinks but PLLEEAASSEEEE...don't get them going!!!!!...lol
There is a time a place for everything. Preaching does not fit here. It is nothing against Bible. It is just inapporpriate. There are numerous Bible sites for that purpose.
It's funny you've got people saying no preaching on this site.
That's all this site is: a soapbox for a message!
D-uh! So keep on putting whatever you like whether it's good or bad or faith or anger, whether I agree or not, even it makes me uncomfortable.

Actually, I think the God's Minute fits on this site...
let's see... it deals with God, (lately) Santa Claus, and provincial Liberals who have a shot at governing...
All made-believe entities... so yeah, I guess it fits.
When a writer equates God with Santa Claus, I think we get an idea why the backlash. If you wish to be an atheist, clearly that's your choice but Charles choice is to put these up from time to time. Why is he not allowed to do that?

I's the atheist from earlier... well agnostic, I guess.
Anyway, wasn't saying Charles couldn't put up his posts - was merely commenting on my belief that it did, in fact, fit here considering the range of topics I've seen.
I would like to comment on this if I may. This is Charlie's blog site, and therefore, he can post what he likes I think that he feels to post something in favour of God, then he has the right to do that. I for one appreciate What God has done and accomplished in my life. I am not shy about that either, I like this better then the never ending negativity that concerns politics that Lord and NB government is not going anywhere any way. If you don't like what he is putting then you don't have to comment I will say Bravo Charles and hope that you post another God's minute from time to time.
This one person who thinks that it is a good thing.
If Charles wants to mess up this blog by posting religious stuff than he has every right to do that. He has certain hang ups, Hitler-Germany, and now this one.
