It was same old, same old. When it came to Quebec Martin was very forceful in defending Canadian unity.

On poverty Harper was again scary. Same on Health care.

Layton was one big commercial, vote for NDP.

Duceppe, Gomery inquirty, seperation and sovereignty.

The only stuff that was being said in My Personal Opinion Only, and was coming out of my Television speaker's was a whole lot of B.S.

Just as confused now as I was when it started.

Merry Christmas All :

I would like to see real change and I listened to the Debate late yesterday evening, and I thought it went well. I understand concerns of the Bloc party leader on the issues of Quebec, but they can be addressed by a united Canada. I think that these leaders need to do everything to keep these election promises after regardless of the party name that is elected. and most of all uphold traditional moral and family values.

I find it kinda funny that everyone is all up in arm's over the merry christmas thing yet nobody says a word about two people of the same sex getting merried in a holy church?! LOL!

where were all you defenders of christianity then eh?.

one of the many reason's i'll be voting for stephen harper this election.

I dont really care if its changed at this point now,the pollitically correct MORON's have won, but atleast harper stood up for marriage & what's normal & natural, yet becauce of 'pollitical correctness' & nothing more harper is villafied for it & thats just wrong.

I am a christian,I belive in jesus christ,I belive there is no way in hell the bible or god would ever approve of two person's of the same sex getting married in a holy church by a socalled priest.

just think how many of us would not be here today if back in the beginning homosexuality was in any way, shape or form 'NATURAL'?. its not, never was & never will be.

does this all mean i hate them in any way, shape or form?........NO.

that's just MY OPINION,pollitically correct or not,TY.

merry christmas! :-)

When it comes to healthcare and social programs Harper scares the hell out me. He wants to take us back or change it into American system. Our social programs and healthcare distinguish us from Americans. They wish they have our system.

Any damage to Harper because of the same-sex marriage issue has already taken place. The only way Martin can gain on this issue is by pulling some NDP voters who are "scared" of Harper. (sheesh, I can picture these folks under the blankets with flashlights now if Harper wins). Otherwise Martin stands to in fact lose votes by Liberals who disagree with his stance on this one. I'm like YUP. I don't think the great social experiment by the lawyers in robes is going anywhere but an effort should still be made. When something as important to families and children is changed like marriage the onus is on those who want it changed to prove it will either improve society or at least have a minimal negative impact. Neither the courts nor the Liberal Government have been able to do that, yet.

No matter what we do not need another Bernard Lord at federal level. Harper comes accross as naive and inexperienced. He is not ready to be Prime Minister. His views on social policy are dangerous to say the least.

Dangerous? How so?

After listening to poker face Harper debate I am not convinced that he deserves my vote. Why should I vote for him?

This is New Brunswick, there are TEN electoral districts out of over 300. It makes NO difference WHO New Brunswickers vote for, might as well stay home.

I'm voting Green, they must really be onto something if they aren't allowed in the debates.

Don't vote-you'll just encourage them!
