Mike didn't have a clue that I was standing there. He made a news story on me around 15 years ago of my letters to the editor. It was a good one.

Is she not proud of the fact that you wanted to let your readers know that she was performing a selfless act of giving her time to volanteer to help those less fortunite at what looks to me like the "Soup Kitchen" in the back ground.
That's too bad indeed.
I think she should have givin you the courtesy to do what you do best,
Giving others their moment to shine at their generous nature toward others in their time of need.
Oh well,What can you do? it's hard to please everyone.
Monica is one of the nicest person I ever met. She's a sweetheart. There should be more media people volenterring their time at the Soup Kitchen. They will witness the true sad facts of life in that area. Keep up the good work Monica!!!
follow up to my S.P.C.A. bottle story (not that anyone's interested). I tried to take the bottle out of the store all week and rally for donations myself down King St. in Saint John here but after much bureaucratic red tape, they wouldn't let me. They don't really know who I am or how trustworthy I am, even though I consider myself to be very trustworthy, Oh well, I tried. There's gonna be a lot of hungry cats and dogs this Christmas. Anybody want to donate their old turkey racks?
oh P.S. The store with the S.P.C.A. bottle was only about 1/10th full.

The new CTV vehicles are nasty looking IMHO. It's bad enough they make these folks carry all of their own gear and do their own reporting. Now they're making them drive around in boxed death traps. This from the station which is #1. Go figure.
