PREMIER BERNARD LORD DON'T WALK ANY LONGER TO THE LEGISLATURE???

Bernard usually walk at the Legislature but not by this picture. Is this his new style??? With the new steel posts? He forced to park in that area.

This must be the special space created for Lord. May be they should carry his Highness around as his royal legs and butts get easily tired.
