Charlie your artist got Mr.Layton mixed up with the Conservative dress code that was set by Mr.stockwell day. Too bad they didn't get Mr.Lord to float down the Saint John river on a Jet ski. Compared to the vast amount of dumb things he has come up with or has said or done,It would have fit right in with his erragance.
