The Mayor does not have respect of the people of Saint John; but he does have people that promote him including the Telegraph Journal paper. The unfortunate problem is the damage he has done will never be fixed for years to come. The bend the rules for billionaires but not for the people; we pay even if we have to borrow but who cares as long as they are having a good time at our expense.
