It is extremely sad and heart breaking that any human being should have to live outside in such an non'humane climate, especially when you consider that Canada is "supposed to be a prosperous and "so-Called developed society and Nation.
The System should be ashamed of itself, and financial workers and their supervisors should be screaming in the ears of their deputy minister and minister and even the Premier on behalf of their clients who have nothing and no place to live. Too many souls have parished because of this kind of un-willingness to enforce treatment on people who are having trouble with addiction and other issues. they have lost hope and they are dropping like flys. Someone has to do something before another lost soul is lost in the night.
