Well? There's nothing worst than a Parking Commissionaire that quit smoking!...lol
He hasn't had a smoke since January 1st!
He's much calmer these days!!...lol

Less smoking means more time to write tickets so watch out; don't park too long!
THis is why nobody shops downtown anymore. A shopping mall has free, plentiful parking, a pity for those trying to run a business downtown.
Your right I avoid uptown areas because I don't want a ticket for what because my meter time is up! Saint John is going the wrong way too they want to up everything so people won't use their vehicle but in the end not all of us work the 8 to 5 jobs and have the convenience of the bus and running for groceries and picking up kids for sprorts and so many things. We all pay for the buses whether we use them or not. Our Mayor and Council have to go. They need to take the city manager and staff. Our leagal advice really sucks!!
