These people don't work on weekends, they are busy with their own families.I agree something must be done for this poor lady,but you can't expect the Family Services to work on weekends it just doesn't happen.Cell phone or no cell phone.
this a friend of this lady her mother gave her a machine. and bye the way you do not know this lady because she does not panhandle all day and she is not out there every day because her hip hurts so bad she can not make it down the stairs.you really do not know this lady.
Well excuse me for making a comment! You are right that I do not know this lady. But I have read all the posts on here about her and it "seems" like she is out everyday panhandling and I never said there was anything wrong with that. And as for having a machine, that means nothing! (9 out of 10 people will not leave a message (including the government!)
People shouldn't be so hard on this poor soul she's a human and needs to be treated as such. Put yourself in her shoes and you wouldn't like to be treated badly either. It's a shame,there are so many people in Fredericton that aren't getting the help they need.I have to ask WHY.
I never said anything that was hard on her! But if you think it's only Fredericton that people aren't getting the help they need, then you are sadly mistaken. Come to Saint John for awhile!

How do you knw they haven't called? If she's out panhandling all day how is she supposed to get a phone call?
