If you are referring to your sentence structure, I would say it's an overuse of the question and capital letters followed by improper use of angle brackets.
If you are referring to the photo, I would say it's a really badly white balanced photo of a flag.
If you mean the object in the photo itself, it's a Loyalist flag on a pole.
Hey 6:06 p.m. you crack me up! Like you, I am a stickler for good grammar. This blog site is a joke when it comes to that, for sure. Maybe you and I should get together and see if we can raise funds to send Charles somewhere to get his G.E.D. or some basic knowledge of the English language. But he is worth it, that is the question? Too bad it's not illegal to crucify the English tongue, but you know what? I think Charles is enjoying it ! [Charlie being worth it] Note the reversal of the words ( he is worth it, That is the Question? )
Your "stickler" must have broken down for just a wee moment and the obvious choice of {{ is he }} would have been your favorite right?????lol

I never knew that the Loyalists had their own flag. I always believe they went by the Union Jack. I wasn't looking closely enough I guess until today.
