Freedom of speech? Only for the established (read owned by the rich) media. Even the alternative weeklies (like Montreal's Montreal Mirror owned by Quebecor, were snatched up a long time ago. Of course there are many good people writing for or running for some of them.
I think you should find a lawyer who is willing to challenge this on human rights grounds. This is logical. You must do this. For yourself, and for everybody! Of course, this is going to increase traffic to your blog 1000-fold!!!
