The way I see it is that there are many struggling so I can't judge the fact they need money. Get a job does not help if you don't have the basics. At least we should say they are not robbing us blind like the billionaires do. Our politicians should also hang their heads. I could say more but unless it affects you then you probably can't understand.
Anonymous at 11:24, how can the city "arrest them for vagrancy" when they are not vagrants? They're busking - entertaining for donations. They bother me MUCH less than panhandlers and I often give buskers $$$. My favourite was the guy in Fredericton a couple of summers ago who would "compose a poem for you" for a donation - it's creative, it's fun, it's fair trade. It's NOT vagrancy.

so can you busk in fredericton or not? if you can where can you busk what areas streets?
