Well she should get a job. I know, she looks kind of old, but still, if she has the energy to pack bags on herself and search for bottles and garbage, then she could be doing something worthwhile. People like her say they're sick and can't work yet they're out everyday bumming and scrounging. She could be doing yard work for someone or cleaning someone's house for pay.

Yeah, hey, she's walking, she should be doing something constructive. I mean, how hard is it to make a shiv and rob some rich bastard? She could be breaking and entering and contributing to the pawn industry and helping people buy more crap. The increased crime would then help create more jobs in police work.
She could be a hooker, who knows what kind of fetishes are out there? She could at least be working the phone sex trade. Or what about stealing cars? Or dealing drugs? Kids have to get their pot and ecstacy from somewhere. Why isn't she out robbing taxpayers blind? Oh wait, I forgot, that's Irvings job.
