If the court decides that since the Irvings owns all the newspapers in New Brunswick? Only Irving’s employees will be allowed to take pictures.

Lets go back to last week in Saint John.

A huge accident happen in Saint John South and Tim Smith quickly arrive on the scene with his camera.

Also there was Noel Chenier < very nice guy > from the Irving newspaper.

Now? Tim as a joke told Noel - It’s ok...I’m here!! You can go now....The pictures will be on the information Highway in minutes.

Now? If the courts decides that only Irving’s employees can take pictures?

The Saint John Police Force would arrest everyone in the area with a cell phone < video camera > or bloggers taking pictures.

As in Fredericton in June during the peaceful protest? They would insist that you carry Irving Identification and if you don’t have one?

You will be force on the ground and arrested.

Being poor? You won’t have the right to New Brunswick Legal Aid therefore end up in Jail!!!

This is what at stake here!!!

Democracy as we know it!!!

This is the reason I wanted a Judge and Jury but no can do!!

This will decide if New Brunswick will change into a Gestapo State!!!

L-Watch-out

The Irvings and bureaucrats must be working behind the scene on this one.

Everyone tells me that the Police always win in a Court room in Saint John but one thing is certain?

No matter what happens on November 2th? I will continue taking pictures and blog away!

The funny thing is, Charles, unless they used a magnet you could've gotten those photos back. Like a big dumbass, you know nothing that a real journalist would know--like that deleting pictures from a card in camera or even formatting a card in camera does not remove the data. It only changes the file allocation table.

charles what is your main reason for blogging, what got you started.

During my six months protest in front of the Legislature. I had an email list and I used to send an daily daily. After the protest was done? I continue sending out emails with my views.

It got so bad the Bernard Lord Government blocked me.

What this meant was that I couldn’t send out emails to nobody involved with the Government.

The media got hold of the story and confronted the Premier’s office. They quickly decided to unblock my name.

So I was a happy camper but I found this very strange that someone would wish to silent me via my emails.

I continue sending out emails and my list was getting larger. I even had people coming to me with their email address to add to mine.

One day, I was approached by a guy we will call WCIE!! < WHITE COLLAR IRVING EMPLOYEE >

He asked me if I wanted to be a blogger?

I quickly told him that I wasn’t interested because I was enjoying what I was doing!!!

I bumped into the guy again on the streets and he convince me in giving it a shot.

I quickly realize that blogging was the way to go because it goes like this.

In the old fashion way of sending updates? The individual would read my views and afterwards deleted the email?

It was over!! Tout Fini!!!

But with Blogging it’s a total different ballgame because it attracts visitors from different search engines. If you google Bernard Lord in Image lets say?

My blog site would show up!!!

WCIE showed me how to use the flickr account and someone else sent me a camera. I came a long way as a blogger and it’s only the start.

Thank God WCIE came into my life!!!

The real sad fact here is you are right on the money with what you are saying. (Irving Interests)

As big a story as that was, I mean two vehicles flipped over right on the corner of a school building and the kids from kindergarten to grade 2 were just starting down the street when this all took place.

(BELIEVE IT OR NOT)

There was not one mention of it in the Irving Rag even though they tend to support that particular school with many gifts from time to time but didn't seem to have much of a concern about this accident nor did they feel the need to raise the question of whether or not there should be a four-way stop sign system on every corner of every school in Saint John lud alone every school in the Province of New Brunswick?

But as you say their common pratice seems to be to give their opinion on just about every other subject that really does not even warrent an opinion.

Good Luck with your Court case charlie.

Forget what some clowns say. You have a right to be in public taking pictures. Sometimes we are in the wrong place when something goes down but in the end you did nothing wrong and that will come out. Just because you are known to take pictures so what. How do we get pictures in the news, TV or Blog; taking pictures. Happy some people see the truth that sometimes even some police over react. Good job with the blog; no one expect perfection out of the Telegraph or Tv; why should they expect everything to be clear sailing with the Blog. It is in a growing and learning zone.

Read the paper this morning they said the moose was shot twice; that was a stretch because we all drove by and one officer shot at least four or five and that was after the moose was hit by a transport. I guess it sound better to play it down.

Lots of news never makes the paper. People also do good things but if it not for a spin for their likes and dislikes it doesnot make the paper; Ragg Paper.

The very bottom line is Freedom of Speech!!!!

This is what this case is all about.

The only thing that is at stake Charles is this.

People who once thought you may possibly be a Nut, will now definately be convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that you indeed truly are, " AND A BIG ONE AT THAT "

What do you think of that ?

Blogger Charles LeBlanc said...

At least I'm not a coward who to scare to sign their name but if it takes a nut < and a big one at that > to fight for freedom of speech???

Well? I guess I am a big nut!!!

Gee, I wonder why some people are afraid to sign their name? Maybe because you aren't mentally stable and are prone to slander, name-calling, trespassing, stalking and verbal abuse? Yeah, maybe that's why people don't want you harassing them for disagreeing with comments on your blog.

I disagree with six o three- hee,hee,hee.

Great stuff charlie just keep rollin with the punches dude!

Sing your name if you want but some people can't and believe me they have good reasons not. You don't have true freedom of speech and there are people who do lose their jobs for alot less. We all need money to feed our families and roof over our heads and yes we have to lower ourselves but we have no choose. Life is stressful enough for people. Some have chooses good for them.. Judgement day will come for all people. The ones who can make a difference don't stop trying because of someone who fails to see the truth and make it spin that all is good in this world. Saint John could be rich if we didn't give all to one family or corporation time has come to pay not borrow from the poor.
