You'd quickly lose that bet. He won't even look for a job so unless someone is going to go out of their way to offer him one, he won't be working anytime soon. In ten years I am certain he'll still be collecting those welfare cheques while saying, "Oh, woe is me, I have ADHD, it's my excuse for everything." He has basic computer skills and is functionally bilingual - there is absolutely no reason for him to be unemployed in this province aside from basic laziness.
Honestly, I'd love to be proven wrong about him. Heck, if someone reading this blog has a business, please offer Charles a steady, paying job. See if he'll actually get off of his butt and work for a paycheque. Even working at a real job for 40 hours per week would leave lots of time for blogging and taking pictures.
