SAINT JOHN, NB - Last weeks acquittal of internet blogger Charles LeBlanc has Saint John city police conducting a review.
The police along with Crown prosecutors will look into the provincial courts decision to acquit LeBlanc on charges of obstructing justice.
Last summer LeBlanc was arrested during a protest at the Atlantica conference in Saint John.
During the trial, the judge questioned why LeBlanc was arrested by police.
Saint John police will also be asking the New Brunswick Police Commission to reactivate LeBlanc's police act complaint.
