Nice to see New Brunswick's own paparazzi.

You can't take a hint? If she didn't want her picture taken, why did you take it and then even be even more disrespectful by posting it?

She was heading toward the same news conference and I gave her a good complement. Her face is hidden anyway...too bad...lol

After your court trial victory you should be taking the high road and trying to make a better blog. Posting a picture of a person who does not waNT it taken is terrible.

When it looked like you were finally getting the message, you pull a stupid stunt like this. You should take her picture down. And you wonder why you are banned from places?

who cares, you can't tell who it is.

Again Charles I am just trying to help you and warn you that you will get in trouble some day. You will take a picture of someone without their permission and post it and they will complain and get you in trouble.

Some people earlier this week said that you can get in trouble with the law by doing this and they are right. I am just saying this to offer some friendly advice.

Is this type of behavior the reason you got banned from the legislature?

I am not being negative towards you Charles, I actually enjoy your website and I check it out daily, I jut wanted to offer some advice

It should be a clue that people are saying this stuff Charles, and these are people on your side. Stubborness is not an attractive quality in anybody. You simply feed your critics with stuff like this, and they are right. A point to a blog is feedback, but mainstream media listens to people-it just doesn't do anything they say. Here's a chance for you to 'do the right thing' and show you are the blogger everyone hopes you are.

But to the above poster, I don't think Charles is breaking any laws, however, there are public nuisance laws and individuals could take charles to court for harassment. Say for example charles followed one person around all day taking pictures, that is clearly harassment, even if he didn't have a blog. But a blog essentially has a picture up for 24 hours a day seven days a week. Say some politician or public figure had a snotty nose during the picture, having it up all the time would be far worse than following that person around taking multiple pictures.

This is also new territory, but not an area we want charles to be groundbreaking in.

Listen, this girl's picture has been on my blog in the past so it's no big deal.

It's all in fun.

I'm not going to begin hunting every citizens on the streets with my camera.

Someone don't wish to have their pictures taken? I won't do it.

I just love taking pictures...It's good for history and a souvenir....

What is it that is all in fun? Do you mean that this woman is just pretending to not want her picture taken? Or its fun for you to take pictures when people don't want it. This woman clearly didn't want her picture taken, let alone have it in a blog. You've done this before so its a serious issue, its not all in fun. Why don't you set out a procedure and blog it, state exactly how people can avoid getting their picture taken.

You may love taking pictures, that doesn't mean everybody loves having their picture taken.

Charles, A caution for you, based on an observation. You're starting to appear to enjoy the limelight a little too much. Keep your ego in check my friend. You don't want to become a blogging bully.

Charles, you seem to be starting to enjoy the limelight and the exposure you're getting in various media, I think maybe you're enjoying it too much. Try to keep your ego in check. Don't become a blully, you know a blogging bully.

The days of me wanting to be in the media are long gone.

I believe I prove this three years ago when I was protesting in my tent in front of the Legislature.

The media totally ignored me for 50 years but I still stayed put.

I got blogging now but if I can promote my site via the media?

That's a good thing....

Charles, 5:45 is right: reminder of what not to do as per cbc article;
"the barring notice on June 19...

The notice, posted on LeBlanc's blog, accuses him of demonstrating "unacceptable behaviour within the legislative precincts, which has included harassment and disrespectful behaviour toward legislative staff, members of the Security Detail and members of the public." Respect is a two way street, as a journalist, if you dont respect others wwhy would they respect you..., give you interviews?
